You can do hard things, but you don't have to do them alone.

Becoming a parent is life changing, but becoming a parent to a child with special needs is life altering.

When we landed in the NICU and then in the special needs world nine years ago with our daughter, Eliza, I felt truly overwhelmed – not only by my grief and fear but also by how much there was to figure out.

I didn’t feel prepared or capable, and I harbored a deep sense of shame around the sadness and jealousy that consumed me. I craved the connection of someone else who “got it,” someone who could understand my pain points and help me navigate the next steps and the big picture.

My goal in coaching is to make this journey easier for you.

Allowing you to feel seen and known exactly as you are, and empowering you to tap into the strength within you and the resources around you.

You can do this, and whether or not you see it now, you can do it with genuine joy, gratitude, and support.

Best of all, you don’t have
to do it alone.
